Brian Rhodes is a program manager overseeing team members who look after the youth in our residential treatment program on our Gillis Campus. When he isn’t working, Brian enjoys relaxing at home with his family.

While it’s not easy navigating what that looks like, our day treatment program team is committed to using a trauma-informed approach and quickly adapted to a virtual learning. They are going above and beyond to meet the needs of students, while providing wrap around services for their families.
Have you ever been so embarrassed, scared, or angry by a situation that you just wanted to “disappear” or “fly away”? Our brains are wired for survival. When we experience strong emotions, our brain sends the signals to get through with the situation by “freezing”, “flying (running away)” and/or “fighting”.
